As some of our clients own multiple properties we understand people can NOT be in two places at once!
In order to make things more convenient we offer "Owner Representation Services".

This is ideal for clients who are undertaking a home renovation project but will often struggle to be physically present due to proximity, work, family schedule etc... Channel Marker acts as an owner representative to keep your best interest in mind as the project is underway. Getting a deep understanding for your family's vision for the project and keeping seamless communication throughout via phone, texting photos and video call we can ensure you feel comfortable that you have a local company you can trust to tactfully oversee while you can not be present. 
 

This is a VERY custom service we offer and has taken a few different forms for various clients. From Full Project Management to strictly being the point of contact for contractors and deliveries on the Property.
