What is the difference between an Off-season Managment Plan & a 12-month Managment Plan
Off Season Management Plans will run through either our Standard Off-Season window or through a customer window decided with the client. Services are somewhat custom and agreed-upon within the agreement. Any Small Fixes or Extra Tasks that take under an hour are free of charge! Anything over one hour will be subject to an hourly rate charge.

12-Month Plan is alot more custom and you can chose to untilize us as much or as little as you like. We continue routine visits to the property weekly if still requested. Any small issues or Small Fixes or extra tasks that take under an hour are free of charge! Anything over one hour will be subject to a discounted hourly rate.

Why Would I Need Owner Representation
on a project at my Shore House?
Owner representation can come from a range of needs:
For example, you are renovating your kitchen at your Shore House in Ocean County but you live in Bergan County.
You need someone to meet the Best Buy Delivery to let them in so they can install new TVs, speakers or Appliances etc...

Large Delivery of Pavers for your Backyard and you need someone to meet them at the house, sign for it and tell them where to put it.

You have tenants moving in and would like a professional third party present that is not the relator.
